Overview
A quality prediction method for a multi-station system includes the following steps performed by a processor. Plurality of production data from multiple workstations are recorded, the production data include the process parameters of the workstations and historical production quality information when a product is processed in a multi-stage production process, the product in the multi-stage production process has a unique production identification code. Multiple process parameter correlations are recorded, in which each process parameter correlation is based on a process parameter of a stage of the multiple workstations and another process parameter of a next stage of the multiple workstations from the historical production quality data. A quality prediction model and an association rule are recorded base on the process parameter correlations. A production quality is predicted.Category
