Overview
A base station including several radio devices and a core network device is disclosed. The core device is connected to the radio devices, and is configured to determine a first user location data corresponding to a user device according to a user uplink transmission and several user location data, and to determine whether to allow the user device to perform a data upload operation or not according to the first user location data. The user uplink data is transmitted by the user device, and several user location data are created according to several radio devices and several user locations.
