METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IDENTIFYING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE OPERATING STATUS BASED ON NON-INTRUSIVE LOAD MONITORING

Overview

A method and a system for identifying electrical appliance operating status based on non-intrusive load monitoring are provided. The method includes the following steps. Total electricity consumption historical data of a target field and electricity consumption historical data of each of target electrical appliances are obtained. The electricity consumption historical data of each of the target electrical appliances are converted to a binary dataset. The total electricity consumption historical data are grouped into a plurality of group samples, and a plurality of first feature datasets are obtained. The first feature datasets are reduced to a plurality of second feature datasets, and the second feature datasets and the binary dataset of each of the target electrical appliances are used to train a machine learning model to establish an operation identification model of the target electrical appliances. The operation identification model is used to identify the operating status of each of the target electrical appliances according to total electricity consumption data of the target field.
