Overview
A model building system, a quality prediction system, and a quality management system using the same are provided. The quality management system includes the quality prediction system, measurement devices, and quality verification devices. The quality prediction system includes the model building system and a model using device. The model building system includes a data transformation device and a model training device. The data transformation device converts plural raw measured data, which are generated by measuring different measurement items to plural products, to plural sets of cluster data, and multi-dimensional metadata, which are corresponding to the measurement items. After generating a prediction model based on the cluster data and the quality verification results corresponding to part of the products, the model training device corrects structure parameters of the prediction model according to the raw measured data and the quality verification results corresponding to the other part of the products.Category
