Promote the internationalization of Taiwan‘s ICT industry and international collaboration to further the globalization of Taiwan's ICT industry and facilitate international collaboration on ICT-related projects.
As economies around the world continue to become more interweaving, a global outlook has become critical to the ICT industry. While III has long recognized the value of international collaboration for enhancing Taiwan's technological capabilities and opening worldwide markets, it has intensified its efforts in this area in recent years. There, III has striven to encourage joint development projects between world-leading ICT companies and domestic vendors, and has assisted in the establishment of local R&D centers. III is also working to ensure that Taiwan's ICT industry has a voice in the setting of global standards and other important work, as well as to raise Taiwan's visibility in the international community.
