Overview :
This III service was designed to bridge Taiwan's Digital Content Industry with Publishers in creative industries, enterprises and game developers for collaborating on projects as well as game co-production. The services include information providing, advise consulting, and partner matching.

Highlights：
High penetration of Internet, broadband, and mobile communication services, combined with its distinct cultural demographics, and extensive government support and incentives, makes Taiwan an excellent test bed and launching ground for digital content products and services for the Greater China and the Asia Pacific region.　The features of bridging services are:

	III assists 1-1, 1-many, or many-many partners matching activities.　One of the successful cases is the formation of Korea's SK Communications joint venture “Cyworld Taiwan Ltd.　And Korea's Webzen Inc. a MMOG market leader and world's top online game provider, forming Webzen Taiwan in 2004.　Other matches include Microsoft, Namco, Actvision, Sega, and the Cartoon Network.
	With the familiarization with government policies and procedures, III provides advice on your branch office or RD center set up in Taiwan.
	III supplies digital content industry information relating to market, vendor, and government.
